The project has now received both subdivision plat and conditional
use permit (CUP) approvals from the City of Park City. Construction
will begin shortly and continue through the Winter. We expect
to deliver finished units in the Summer 2006.
Our initial approach to the market this past Summer and Fall
has produced a strong response and multiple reservations. However,
we will still accept a limited number of additional reservations.
We hope that you will take the opportunity to reserve your place
as an owner of the Lofts on Deer Valley Drive and a member of
the Lespri family. A selection event will take place during November
2005 following recordation of the condominium plat. At that time,
reservation holders will be able to move to firm real estate contracts.
